Dear Sir/Madam,

I used your company service, and registered to(ww.) trip to the north. I was not satisfied with the service. The hotel was not good enough, and the guide was too upset(ww.), and not friendly.

The service at the hotel was bad, the room was messy, there was no hot water and the meals were unsatisfactory. According to your advertisement this hotel was supposed to be a 5 stars hotel and I think that I did not get the right service.

In addition, the guide was not nice and good enough. He was nervous the whole trip and did not answer to(מיותר) the people's questions. His explanations were boring, unorganized and cunfusing(sp.). I think he should not be a guilde(sp.) because he is not prepered(ww.) yet.

To sum up, I want(ww. - would like) a compensation from your company. At first(מיותר) I would like to go for another trip, for free, stay at a 5 stars hotel, get another guide and (a) free massage every day.
